Users are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions outlined on this page. The use of this website’s services signifies your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions, including any future changes made prior to your stay in the property.
Renting an apartment is not permitted for individuals under the age of 18 unless accompanied by an adult.
Please carefully read the terms and conditions of our accommodations before making a booking. It is essential to accept these terms to reserve a property.
MINIMUM STAY
The minimum stay is 7 days.
For shorter stays or extended stays, please contact us directly via the contact form, email, or phone.
PRICES
Prices are listed in Euros (€) and may vary based on the season or special events, as well as the specific accommodation. Solandalus.com reserves the right to update prices on the website.
Children under the age of 2 are not charged. Baby cots are available upon request for €5 per night.
Additional services can be booked separately for an additional fee. Please send your request via the contact form, email, or phone.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT PROCESS
Booking: Our automated system calculates availability and prices, allowing you to choose your preferred accommodation and make an immediate online booking.
Payment: Payment is made online via Credit Card, Giropay or SEPA Direct Debit. If the payment method is invalid, our team will contact you via phone or email. If no alternative payment option is provided, or we are unable to reach you, the booking will be canceled after 24 hours.
Confirmation: Once payment is complete, the reservation is instantly confirmed, and you will receive an email with all reservation details (dates, property address, contact information, etc.).
Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings within 14 days of arrival, use our contact form to send a request. Full payment (100%) will be charged immediately, and confirmation will be sent via email.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Check-in: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Check-out: Before 10:00 AM.
Both check-in and check-out times can be flexible and negotiable if no other reservations exist for the adjacent dates.
Inform us of your approximate arrival time at least two days in advance.
Upon arrival, present the ID or passport of the individual who made the booking.
Important: Call us after collecting your luggage or at least 30 minutes before arrival at the accommodation to ensure a smooth check-in. Our check-in phone number is (+49 163 610 1345).
Late departures without prior permission will incur an additional day’s charge.
SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR EQUIPMENT AND KEYS
A security deposit of €700 is required upon check-in. It will be refunded upon check-out, provided the property and its contents are left in the same condition as at check-in.
Lost or unreturned keys will incur a charge of €50 per set.
EQUIPMENT / SUPPLIES / CLEANING
Utilities (electricity, gas, water) are included in the rental price.
The property will be cleaned and equipped with bed linens and towels before each stay.
For stays longer than 7 days, additional cleaning and a fresh set of linens and towels are included. For shorter stays, extra cleaning can be arranged for €50.
Upon departure, the property must be left in a clean and orderly condition.
CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMER
Cancellation charges apply as follows:
More than 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total payment.
30 days or less: 70%.
Less than 2 days: 100%.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations.
CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS BY CUSTOMER
If the customer wishes to change the dates, the number of occupants, or any booking details, Solandalus.com will attempt to accommodate the request.
Decreases in stay duration or the number of guests will not result in price reductions.
For accommodation changes, the existing reservation must be canceled and a new one made. A handling fee of €25 applies for each subsequent modification.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES BY SOLANDALUS.COM
In cases of overbooking or unforeseen circumstances, Solandalus.com will:
Offer alternative accommodation of equal or superior quality.
If no suitable alternative is available, cancel the reservation and refund all payments.
No further claims will be accepted.
GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT
Occupancy: Only the number of guests indicated in the reservation may occupy the property. Unauthorized additional guests will result in immediate eviction and additional charges.
Noise: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Violations may result in fines or eviction.
Parties: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a €500 penalty and eviction.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed. A €200 penalty applies for violations.
Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly authorized. Unauthorized pets incur a €200 cleaning fee.
LIABILITY
Customers are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Parents are liable for their children’s actions.
Neither Solandalus.com nor the property owner is liable for accidents, thefts, or other incidents occurring during the stay.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Spanish law governs these terms. Legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Málaga, Spain.
